- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and Area Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Supervise and manage store personnel to optimize team performance and productivity.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience by consistently providing high-quality service to patrons.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels comply with company policies and guidelines.
- Boost sales performance by implementing upselling techniques and encouraging additional purchases.
