About the Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager at Cotton On South City Mega in Christchurch. In this role, you’ll help the team deliver memorable customer experiences while contributing to strong store results.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Store Manager to build a development-focused culture that motivates the team, develops future leaders, and drives strong performance.
- Champion customer excellence while helping grow the business through clear direction and solid operational execution.
- Use your commercial awareness to identify trading opportunities and practical ways to improve both the customer journey and store performance.
- Support the Store Manager in managing rosters and wages effectively to meet productivity and labour targets.
- Encourage team engagement with the Cotton On Group Foundation and help create meaningful impact through the brand’s global community projects.
