About the Role
Cotton On Group is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for its Kawana Shopping World location in Buddina, Queensland. This is a full-time, on-site retail leadership role focused on driving team performance, customer experience, and store results.

Key Responsibilities
You will partner with the Store Manager to shape a culture that develops people, encourages engagement, and builds future leaders. The role also involves strengthening customer excellence, setting clear direction, and maintaining strong operational standards.
Another important part of the job is using a commercial mindset to identify sales opportunities, solve store challenges, and improve both customer experience and business performance. You will also help manage rosters and wages so productivity and labour targets are met.
In addition, you will support the Cotton On Group Foundation by encouraging the team to participate in initiatives that create positive impact around the world.
