Position Overview

We are looking for a two-person Assistant Resident Manager team to live and work on-site at one of our Windsor properties. The role requires sharing an apartment and working four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and being on-call during some evenings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely collection of rental payments
  • Conducting viewings and leasing apartments to prospective tenants
  • Maintaining cleanliness in common areas including hallways, staircases, and elevators
  • Performing minor maintenance and repairs
  • Preparing units for new residents
  • Delivering excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Handling leasing assistance and responding to on-call requests

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Experience in cleaning duties
  • Competence in minor maintenance tasks
  • Strong customer service aptitude
  • Teamwork skills
  • Availability to work some evenings and weekends
