Role Overview
The position of Retail Assistant Manager at the DV8 store in Limerick seeks an individual passionate about customers, colleagues, and products. This role demands leadership that fosters a positive working environment and teamwork. While retail experience is preferred, relevant experience in other fields will also be considered. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain composed and approachable under pressure are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to excel.
- Step in to manage the store in the Manager's absence.
- Create a service-driven environment focused on achieving goals and maintaining accurate stock control.
- Adopt a proactive, hands-on approach in handling operational and commercial tasks.
- Ensure store security by adhering to procedures, including keyholding duties, and supervise compliance among team members.
- Prioritize safety for both customers and staff by following all established guidelines.
