Role Overview
This opportunity involves joining a two-person team as an Assistant Resident Manager, living and working on-site at one of Realstar’s residential properties. The role includes sharing accommodation, working four weekdays weekly, alternating weekend coverage every second weekend, and being on-call for some evening shifts. This vacancy is for an existing position within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Timely collection of rent payments.
- Presenting and leasing apartments to prospective tenants.
- Maintaining cleanliness in communal areas such as hallways, staircases, and elevators.
- Performing minor maintenance and repair tasks.
- Preparing units for new occupants.
- Delivering excellent customer service to current and potential residents.
- Responding to on-call requests promptly.
Candidate Requirements
- Two to three years of relevant experience in a property management or similar role.
- Experience with cleaning duties.
- Basic maintenance competencies.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Capability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
