About the Role

Henis Group, located in Rock Hill, SC, is hiring an Assistant Project Manager on a full-time, in-office basis with a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually depending on experience. This direct hire position offers an exciting chance for early-career individuals to advance in project management within an expanding architectural signage company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects from start to completion
  • Oversee project timelines, deadlines, milestones, and key metrics
  • Maintain active communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure accurate documentation and update project management tools regularly
  • Manage contracts, change orders, progress reports, and related documentation
  • Prepare project status updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Identify and address potential risks or schedule delays, proposing solutions
  • Support coordination of design, production, permitting, and installation activities
  • Help keep projects organized, on track, and aligned with client needs

Candidate Profile

  • Entry-level applicants or professionals with up to three years experience in project coordination or management support are welcome
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Capability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Professional demeanor and reliable, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders
  • Able to work autonomously as well as in team settings
  • An interest in construction, architectural products, signage, manufacturing, or related project-driven industries
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to visit project locations as necessary
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, engineering, business administration, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
