Exhibit Craft is a South Florida-based exhibit house with over 25 years of experience specializing in custom trade show exhibits, rental displays, branded environments, graphics, and event services. We excel in transforming complex exhibit concepts into reality through design, fabrication, technology, logistics, and onsite execution.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Project Manager to lead custom exhibit projects from estimating and planning stages through production, installation, and final dismantle. The position requires hands-on involvement and collaboration with various departments to maintain project flow under firm deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee assigned projects, starting from estimating to production, installation, and closeout phases.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, CAD, Production, Graphics, Asset Management, and external vendors.
  • Prepare accurate project estimates including labor, materials, equipment, freight, and outsourced services.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, schedules, and deliverables actively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Generate comprehensive and precise production work orders.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings to clarify roles, deadlines, and project requirements.
  • Review and approve CAD drawings, graphic specs, and production details ensuring accuracy.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and devise practical solutions early on.
  • Effectively communicate project status updates, changes, risks, and decisions internally and with clients.
  • Coordinate logistics involving vendors, freight, show services, installations, and dismantle operations.
  • Travel to event sites as needed to supervise installation and dismantling processes.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation in company systems including NetSuite and project management software.
  • Carry out project reconciliation and formal closeout after each event.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of project management experience in trade shows, exhibits, events, custom fabrication, millwork, scenic production, commercial interiors, or similar fields.
  • Familiarity with custom fabrication processes, woodworking basics, materials, graphics, and construction techniques.
  • Capability to interpret architectural, fabrication, or CAD drawings clearly.
  • Track record of managing several projects simultaneously, handling budgets, vendors, and timelines effectively.
  • Strong financial acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented when faced with shifting priorities or obstacles.
  • Receptive to feedback, collaborative across teams, and capable of resolving disputes diplomatically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite is highly favored.
  • Willingness to travel and occasionally work beyond regular hours during installations or critical events.

  • Annual salary range from $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.
