About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Planner to join our Factorie team. In this pivotal position, you will direct strategic planning efforts by analyzing sales trends and mastering inventory control. You will collaborate closely with Planning, Buying teams, stakeholders, and suppliers, utilizing predictive analytics to enable proactive decision-making. Your role will be key to maintaining stock accuracy, optimizing stock flow, and enhancing profitability, advancing the brand’s growth and performance. Skills & Experience

• Possess a relevant degree or qualification in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related fields highly valued.
• Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Planner with expertise in managing sales budgets and conducting predictive analysis using historical data.
• Strong analytical capabilities enabling insightful category management decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively influence stakeholders.
• Self-driven with excellent time management skills and a sharp eye for detail.
