Job Responsibilities
- Take overall ownership of the property’s day-to-day operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning.
- Oversee facilities and maintenance activities on a daily basis.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and carry out feasibility assessments when required.
- Develop standard operating procedures and work toward key performance targets.
- Prepare annual budgets, manage operating costs, and plan improvement and maintenance works.
- Lead and coordinate the front office, operations, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to support seamless daily operations.
- Evaluate existing processes and workflows to improve tenant satisfaction.
- Manage tenant complaints, document feedback, and implement corrective actions to address issues.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with landlords, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Carry out routine property inspections and arrange preventive maintenance to keep the premises in good working condition.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, building regulations, and all applicable statutory requirements.
- Participate in the CERT team and support the planning and execution of drills, exercises, and training sessions as scheduled.
- Handle other duties assigned by management as needed.
Requirements
- A degree in Hospitality, Business, Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, especially room operations, or in property management.
- Strong leadership ability and comfort working in less structured environments.
- Sound analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective team player with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to address and resolve conflicts fairly and productively while staying aligned with company values.
- Results-oriented and capable of performing well in a fast-moving environment.
- Skilled at building and maintaining efficient operating systems that support business needs.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities and collaborating across different business functions.
