We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to contribute significantly to the growth of our Positive Choices portfolio, featuring well-known Canadian better-for-you snack brands such as Sunchips, Smartfood, and PopCorners. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and creative agencies to manage new product innovations, commercial initiatives, in-store activations, and packaging projects. Additionally, you'll support media campaign execution, all aimed at driving impactful business outcomes. The position reports to the Marketing Manager for Positive Choices.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Manager in building a strong innovation pipeline and lead marketing commercialization efforts for new product launches and packaging advances within the Positive Choices brands.
- Manage end-to-end in-store program execution in partnership with agency collaborators.
- Collaborate and influence various internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, insights, sales, supply chain, legal, and regulatory teams, to bring compelling consumer-focused plans to fruition.
- Leverage analytics through scorecarding, program post-evaluations, and oversee advertising and marketing budgets.
- Support all vital planning deliverables such as Annual Brand Planning, Annual Business Reviews, and Periodical Business Reviews.
- Contribute to delivering timely and impactful marketing and PR campaigns alongside the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications

- At least one year of relevant marketing experience is preferred.

Compensation
