About the Role
KFin Technologies Limited is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Manager in the Corporate Registry Services department located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role focuses on managing and executing corporate action activities related to both listed and unlisted entities including IPOs, Rights Issues, InvITs, ESOPs, Bonus Issues, Private Placements, and other capital market transactions. The incumbent will collaborate closely with Lead Managers, Issuers, Stock Exchanges, Depositories, and multiple stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely execution of these activities while adhering to regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of Basis of Allotment for various corporate transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, and InvITs.
- Support documentation, validation, and approval processes related to finalizing the Basis of Allotment.
- Ensure precision and compliance throughout allotment-related activities and post-issue investor allotment procedures.
- Execution of diverse corporate actions such as IPOs, Rights Entitlements, Rights Issues, InvITs, Private Placements, Bonus Issues, ESOP Allotments, securities conversion, and stock splits.
- Accurate processing from allotment to the successful credit of securities into investors' accounts.
- Coordinate with Lead Managers, Issuers, Merchant Bankers, Stock Exchanges, and Depositories (NSDL/CDSL) for approvals and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate internally to achieve strict deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Stock Exchange, Depository, and other relevant regulatory guidelines while maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews as necessary.
- Monitor transaction timelines, troubleshoot operational challenges, and contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies.
Educational Requirements
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field with a minimum academic score of 60%.
