Job Overview
This role is responsible for overseeing transactions processed by the Wealth Management teams on behalf of customers. These transactions include products such as International Shares, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income securities, and others offered to clients. Additionally, it involves supervising transactions related to the Bank’s Investment products, including Bonds and Repos.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily team activities ensuring timely completion of transactions and related tasks.
- Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members as needed.
- Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with the Treasury & Investment Operations Head to report and escalate operational issues and incidents.
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) reflecting any process changes.
- Ensure all operational processes are fully completed in accordance with the SOP workflows.
- Perform daily reconciliation of suspense and general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Adhere to timelines set by management and manage additional responsibilities within scope.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly operational activities as mandated by SOP.
- Keep all records complete, up-to-date, and organized for easy access and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
