Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a Team Lead/Assistant Manager specializing in Order to Cash Pricing based in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 8 years of experience and strong expertise in pricing, commercial finance, financial modeling, RFQ/RFP processes, P&L analysis, and deal structuring within Business Process Services (BPS).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pricing initiatives and manage commercial finance operations
- Develop financial models and perform P&L analysis to support pricing decisions
- Structure deals effectively in response to RFQs and RFPs
- Support revenue growth through strategic pricing governance and analytics
Candidate Requirements
- Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) qualification is mandatory
- Advanced Excel and Financial Modeling certifications required
- CFA or CPA certification is advantageous but not required
- 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in pricing and commercial finance
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed salary package up to INR 1,000,000 per annum
