Role Overview
We seek a motivated, technically proficient HR professional to fill the Assistant Manager – HR position. The role emphasizes HR systems, analytics, AI-driven innovations, and automation to deeply analyze issues, create scalable solutions, and enhance the employee experience through technology. Candidates should be inquisitive, hands-on, user-centric, and capable of solving ambiguous challenges using data, systems, and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors and related HR technology stack.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and user adoption of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Serve as both functional and technical lead for HRMS, LMS, and system integrations.
- Evaluate and optimize system architecture continuously to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Resolve technical issues proactively by collaborating with vendors and IT departments.
- Explore and apply AI technologies such as predictive analytics, chatbot automation, and intelligent workflows to improve HR functions.
- Experiment with latest AI tools including large language models and translate innovations into practical HR applications.
- Promote a culture embracing AI-first approaches within HR operations.
- Investigate underlying problems beyond surface-level requirements to identify inefficiencies.
- Use first-principles thinking to redesign HR processes focusing on user-friendly employee experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert challenges into effective technological solutions.
- Create advanced HR analytics dashboards, predictive models, and reports related to attrition, recruitment, performance, and employee engagement.
- Handle large datasets through extraction, transformation, analysis, and storytelling to drive data-informed decisions.
- Automate manual tasks via end-to-end workflows using tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, scripting languages like Python and SQL.
- Develop self-service solutions for employees and managers to enhance operational accuracy and scalability.
- Design and manage integrations across multiple systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware, ensuring secure and scalable data flow.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, InfoSec, and other business units to maintain robust integration standards.
- Maintain compliance with IT General Controls and audit requirements, ensuring data privacy and system integrity.
- Support audit processes through documentation and system readiness.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to interpret business needs into system solutions and foster adoption via training and change management.
Experience and Technical Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Technology, or People Analytics.
- Proven hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors.
- Advanced skills in HR analytics including Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Practical experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
- Understanding of API usage, system integrations, and HR system architecture.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications in HR environments.
- Strong grasp of data structures and workflow design.
