Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Lucknow for someone who can run daily store activities and ensure customers receive a strong in-store experience. The Store Partner will help shoppers find products, complete purchases, understand Meesho’s services, and get support with orders and returns. The role also includes maintaining the store’s presentation, keeping stock records accurate, and coordinating with Meesho teams and logistics partners so orders move smoothly. In addition, the person in this role will guide visiting customers and local sellers on how to use the Meesho platform, share basic app training, collect feedback, and help maintain hygiene and safety standards while working toward sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle everyday store operations and ensure the outlet runs smoothly.
• Support customers with product discovery, purchase decisions, and order placement.
• Explain Meesho’s products, services, and platform benefits to walk-in visitors.
• Assist with returns and other customer service queries in a professional manner.
• Keep store displays organized and visually appealing.
• Track inventory carefully and help maintain stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal Meesho teams and logistics partners for order handling and delivery flow.
• Guide local sellers and customers on app usage, digital payments, and basic online selling steps.
• Collect customer feedback and share inputs that can help improve the service experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the store.
• Work toward store-level sales and service targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Good communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with customers, sellers, and team members.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to address questions, resolve issues, and support returns.
• Retail or sales experience that can help convert walk-ins, suggest additional products, and meet targets.
• Solid organizational ability for inventory, store arrangement, order tracking, and basic records.
• Comfort in training others on the Meesho app, digital payments, and simple e-commerce workflows.
• Ease with smartphones and basic digital tools; prior exposure to retail or e-commerce will be helpful.
• Willingness to work onsite in Lucknow in a busy, customer-facing environment.
• Dependable attendance and a service-oriented approach.
• Minimum qualification of high school; a degree or diploma in business, retail, or a related area is considered an added advantage.

Eligibility

Applicants should be able to work full time from the Lucknow location and should be comfortable handling store operations, customer interaction, and basic digital tools. Candidates with experience in retail, sales, customer service, or app-based training are suitable, and those with at least a high school education can apply.
