Job description

About the Role

Parfums Christian Dior Canada is seeking an Assistant Manager for Digital Merchandising & CRM to support the day-to-day execution of Dior.ca and lead CRM omni-channel marketing activities. The role works closely with teams in Canada, the US, and Paris, and calls for someone who can troubleshoot quickly, think creatively, and operate with limited oversight.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the setup and merchandising of all launch SKUs across two sites, including novelties and core items, with PIM, offline date handling, and price validation.
  • Rework category ordering and update cross-sell placements.
  • Apply default SKU logic within the PIM process based on product priority.
  • Improve e-merchandising using trend insights and weekly top-page performance to refresh rules and page content.
  • Maintain Best Sellers and New Arrivals pages across all relevant categories, as well as on-site search enhancements.
  • Manage seasonal animation kits so launches are properly optimized for the Canadian market across two sites and two languages.
  • Work with US project leads on local UAT and test plans for new feature releases, including fast-follow initiatives aligned with NAM planning and Canadian market needs.
  • Track down and resolve Jira tickets related to local Dior.ca functionality.
  • Check promo banners, promotion setup, and testing in the e-commerce platform.
  • Support the local business team with creating, configuring, testing, and monitoring Dior.ca promotions, offers, and product launches.
  • Partner with the local Senior Director and US/Central digital strategy teams on the local launch calendar and overall strategy.
  • Execute automated and tactical email campaigns in Adobe with the tech team and US CRM teams, including drafting email versions in the BE FREE tool.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and other KPIs on weekly and monthly reports.
  • Launch weekly SMS programs through Attentive and trigger email programs through Bluecore.
  • Support template development for the Dior Connect CRM boutique program on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with US partners to localize and configure Narvar tracking emails on a quarterly schedule.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across local and HQ teams on assigned initiatives.

What You’ll Need

You should bring 3 to 5 years of experience in digital merchandising or CRM. The role also calls for a strong mix of creative thinking, initiative, resilience, stakeholder management, collaboration, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.

On the technical side, you should be comfortable with Microsoft tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Smartsheet. You should also be able to learn and work with platforms such as Akeno, PIM systems, Salesforce, Bambuser, Narvar, ServiceNow, Attentive, Bluecore, GA4, and related CRM, CMS, and digital marketing tools. Experience with Jira, Confluence, project management tools, Google Analytics, payment gateways, and performance marketing platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram is also valuable.

The company is looking for someone with a can-do mindset, curiosity, tenacity, strong organization, interpersonal communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to understand and challenge digital business needs quickly.
