About the role
PSA places strong emphasis on its people as the foundation of business success. The organisation is focused on developing employees, encouraging innovation, sustainability and high performance, and building a workplace that supports trust and collaboration.
In this position, you will work closely with business leaders and HR partners as part of the Leadership & Talent Development team. Your work will help shape and implement young talent strategies across attraction, recruitment, development and engagement, with the goal of strengthening leadership pipelines and supporting PSA’s growth and transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and roll out initiatives that build PSA’s employer reputation and visibility among students and early-career talent.
- Create compelling content, marketing materials and feature stories for print, digital and social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external institutions or agencies to organise outreach and engagement activities that draw in young talent.
- Manage the full cycle of the PSA Global Management Associate Program and scholarship programmes, including assessment, selection, scholarship administration, recruitment, onboarding, development and engagement.
- Develop and implement programmes that support the overall growth and engagement of young talent, working with line departments to identify needs, co-create solutions, define career pathways, improve development plans and ensure follow-through.
- Analyse data and build metrics and visual dashboards that produce practical talent insights and recommendations.
- Drive automation and ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Take on additional talent, leadership and career development work as needed.
Requirements
- A degree in any field, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in talent management, talent acquisition or talent development, preferably in an organisation with international exposure.
- Strong ability to learn quickly and think analytically.
- Self-driven, practical, resourceful and creative in finding solutions.
- Well-developed organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities independently in a busy, changing environment.
- Excellent spoken, presentation and written communication skills.
- Comfortable building relationships and working collaboratively with varied stakeholders and teams.
- Discreet and professional when dealing with confidential or sensitive information.
- Good working knowledge of data handling, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft 365 tools; experience with data visualisation tools or graphic design software will be an added advantage.
