Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - Ethics and Compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ethics case investigations by designing inquiry strategies, conducting thorough investigations, preparing comprehensive reports, and ensuring implementation and follow-up of recommended actions.
• Manage communications with stakeholders throughout investigation processes to maintain transparency and trust.
• Govern program oversight by preparing presentations on the status and outcomes for governing boards and creating dashboards for regular reporting to ethics leadership.
• Develop customized training content suited to various organizational levels and deliver sessions across multiple regions within India, monitoring effectiveness and compliance.
• Oversee the execution and adherence to ethics and compliance initiatives, identifying gaps and proactively addressing them.
• Manage the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) portfolio including updating policies, facilitating training programs, ensuring compliance, and supporting internal committees during inquiries and case management.

Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, MBA, CA, CS or LLB.
• Proven experience in conducting ethics inquiries.
• Exceptional drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage diverse perspectives, and build strong networks.
• Collaborative mindset with passion for relationship building.
