Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will be based in Hyderabad, with periodic travel across various units and partner locations.
- Identify, engage, and onboard corporate and institutional clients to foster business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Human Resources, Administration, CSR teams, and leadership across partner organizations.
- Create tailored healthcare and maternity benefit programs aligning with corporate needs.
- Drive sustained growth and active engagement within client accounts.
- Establish and cultivate partnerships not only with corporates but also educational institutes, NGOs, insurance entities, and Third Party Administrators (TPAs).
- Assist with the onboarding and management of healthcare aggregators and digital healthcare platforms such as MediBuddy and Medi Assist.
- Represent the foundation at relevant industry events and networking forums.
- Plan and implement women’s wellness initiatives, including health camps, antenatal awareness, preventative screenings, vaccinations, and other health programs.
- Collaborate internally to ensure smooth execution of welfare activities.
- Draft proposals and commercial agreements; support onboarding, contracting, and contract renewals.
- Maintain a current CRM and database to monitor partnerships, revenue, referrals, wellness programs, and performance metrics.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly management reports.

Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous. Additionally, candidates must bring 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in corporate business development, partnership management, healthcare marketing, institutional sales, hospitality, insurance, or wellness sectors.
