About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with the Market Development sales team to drive business within targeted markets.
- Foster a culture of communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing aligned with Marina Bay Sands' core values.
- Take charge of your own professional growth and development.
- Work in alignment with senior leadership’s vision and business objectives.
- Partner across teams and departments to create a business-focused and people-centric organization.
- Maintain and protect Marina Bay Sands' brand integrity and reputation.
- Promote the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and raise awareness of Las Vegas Sands and its affiliated properties.
- Grow and manage assigned client portfolios through personalized sales strategies compliant with company policies.
- Build strong professional relationships with new and existing customers to boost visitation.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences at every interaction point.
- Manage budgets and complimentary offerings according to customer reinvestment strategies to meet profitability goals.
- Analyze target market demographics, culture, behavior, and competition to inform business strategies.
- Support timely execution of market-specific initiatives with clear objectives and accountability.
- Contribute actively to strategic planning to identify growth opportunities and enhance profitability.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, relationship marketing, or hospitality is advantageous.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and sales-driven within a collaborative team environment.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to hospitality and service quality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities.
- Positive approach to overcoming challenges and resolving obstacles.
