Role Overview

We seek an energetic and motivated Assistant General Manager or Fitness Director who thrives in a dynamic and positive environment. This role involves close collaboration with the General Manager to drive membership growth, lead a vibrant team, and foster an encouraging atmosphere for children and their families. It is a full-time onsite position with flexible scheduling opportunities to combine leadership with hands-on coaching sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership and support to coaches and staff to foster a high-energy team environment.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales targets and optimize daily operations.
• Manage class scheduling to ensure efficiency and maximize participation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to improve member satisfaction and retention.
• Coach 8-12 KidStrong classes weekly, leading high-intensity sessions designed for kids aged walking through 11 years old.
• Engage and motivate both children and parents during programs.
• Assist in training new coaching staff and uphold the quality of KidStrong's programming.
• Execute marketing and lead-generation strategies to increase trial bookings and convert memberships.
• Oversee front desk procedures, including member check-ins, inquiries, and registration for guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience working with children in relevant fields such as education, fitness, or coaching.
• Preferred background in sales and leadership roles.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related discipline is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using technology and Microsoft Office applications.
• CPR, First Aid, and EpiPen certifications are required and can be obtained after hiring.
• Physical capability to conduct workouts, including bending, kneeling, balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary of $49,500, with additional performance-based bonuses ranging from $6,000 to $12,000 per year, offering uncapped earning potential.
