About the Role and Company
Join KidStrong, a private child development training center dedicated to enhancing brain, physical, and character development in children from walking age to 11 years old. Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of coaches and staff to achieve operational excellence alongside the General Manager.
- Support sales and membership growth through effective marketing and lead-generation strategies.
- Manage class scheduling and ensure optimization of resources.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to secure member retention.
- Conduct 8-12 high-energy, pre-designed KidStrong classes weekly, engaging children and their parents.
- Train new coaches and uphold KidStrong's programming standards.
- Oversee front desk operations including member check-ins, inquiries, and guest registrations to maintain smooth processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience working with children in education, coaching, fitness or related fields.
- Prior leadership and sales experience is preferred.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related area is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general technology usage.
- Ability to obtain required certifications (CPR, First Aid, EpiPen) post-hire.
- Physical capacity to lead workouts, including bending, kneeling, reaching, balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base annual salary of $49,500 with a bonus structure offering up to $12,000 yearly based on performance.
