About the Role and Company

Join KidStrong, a private child development training center dedicated to enhancing brain, physical, and character development in children from walking age to 11 years old. With a science-based curriculum focused on parents and delivered by skilled professionals, KidStrong is rapidly expanding with over 30 locations planned in the NJ/NY/CT region. Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of coaches and staff to achieve operational excellence alongside the General Manager.
  • Support sales and membership growth through effective marketing and lead-generation strategies.
  • Manage class scheduling and ensure optimization of resources.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to secure member retention.
  • Conduct 8-12 high-energy, pre-designed KidStrong classes weekly, engaging children and their parents.
  • Train new coaches and uphold KidStrong's programming standards.
  • Oversee front desk operations including member check-ins, inquiries, and guest registrations to maintain smooth processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience working with children in education, coaching, fitness or related fields.
  • Prior leadership and sales experience is preferred.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related area is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general technology usage.
  • Ability to obtain required certifications (CPR, First Aid, EpiPen) post-hire.
  • Physical capacity to lead workouts, including bending, kneeling, reaching, balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base annual salary of $49,500 with a bonus structure offering up to $12,000 yearly based on performance.
