Company Overview
Our client is an internationally acclaimed cybersecurity and digital trust company offering cutting-edge solutions related to digital identity, authentication, encryption, and secure digital transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations and essential business workflows.
- Engage in the planning, coordination, execution, and documentation of critical operational processes.
- Maintain accurate records, inventories, and procedural documentation in line with organizational standards.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory standards, internal policies, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, controls, and workflows for efficiency.
- Support development, review, and improvement of Certification Policies (CP), Certification Practice Statements (CPS), security policies, and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with cross-department teams to achieve operational and strategic goals.
- Build expertise and skills progressively to take on expanded responsibilities.
- Serve as a trained backup for the Manager when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in technology, operations, compliance, project delivery, engineering, or similar disciplines.
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of technology, operational workflows, or governance frameworks.
- Fulfill the organization's security, confidentiality, and background screening prerequisites.
- Proven ability to operate effectively within structured and process-oriented environments.
- Experience in at least two domains such as security, system administration, networking, compliance, identity management, or cryptography.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and interaction with internal teams, customers, auditors, regulators, or external partners is advantageous.
- Experience handling documentation, change management, or governance activities.
