Role overview

This 24-month fixed-term position is based at the Mascot Campus and sits within the International Finance Team, supporting offshore business units. The role plays an important part in the centralised finance function, acting as a dependable point of contact for stakeholders across the business.

What you will do

In this position, you will manage finance activities across selected offshore business portfolios, assist with month-end close, and help deliver international reporting requirements. You will also work closely with the International Financial Controller, senior finance leaders, and offshore teams on accounting tasks such as balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and close processes. In addition, you will contribute to simplification, automation, and other practical improvements that make finance work more efficient.

Skills and experience required

You should have Certificate III or IV in a relevant field along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience with finance systems such as Oracle R12 and Essbase is preferred. Strong stakeholder communication, a sharp eye for detail, analytical thinking, initiative, and the ability to spot and solve problems are important for success in this role.
