About the role
IPOS International is looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join its HR function in Paya Lebar, Singapore. Reporting to the Head of HR, this position will take ownership of major people initiatives across recruitment, employer branding, compensation, performance management, talent and leadership development, learning and development, and employee engagement. The role calls for close partnership with department leaders, HR peers, and senior management to strengthen organisational capability, support a healthy workplace culture, and ensure that people strategies stay aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Run the full recruitment process end to end, ensuring hiring is completed efficiently while building strong talent pipelines for future workforce needs.
- Create and execute employer branding initiatives that improve the organisation’s appeal to prospective candidates.
- Own the performance management cycle, including appraisal and ranking activities, and help ensure the process is fair, consistent, and useful for both performance differentiation and employee growth.
- Drive talent management and leadership development programmes in partnership with IPOS Group to strengthen succession readiness and organisational capability.
- Work with IPOS Group to design and deliver training initiatives, competency frameworks, and capability-building efforts that prepare employees for future needs.
- Plan and support employee engagement activities, and collaborate with departments on follow-up actions that improve culture, employee experience, and engagement.
- Assist IPOS Group in compensation review exercises so that pay practices remain competitive and aligned with internal policies.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline.
- At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, with prior supervisory exposure.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Quick to think strategically, comfortable with analysis, attentive to detail, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across HR, business teams, and senior leadership.
- Experience in the public sector and exposure to aligning subsidiary HR practices with a parent organisation would be an advantage, though not essential.
