Job description
About the company
Revolut was founded in 2015 with a goal of giving people more from their money: greater clarity, stronger control, and more freedom. Its products span spending, saving, investing, foreign exchange, travel, and more, serving 75+ million customers worldwide.
The organisation has grown rapidly and now employs 13,000+ people across offices and remote teams. Its culture and employee experience have earned Great Place to Work™ certification.
About the role
The Legal function works with teams across the business to provide practical guidance that helps the company move quickly while remaining protected and compliant. The Assistant Company Secretary will help run committee governance across Australia, ensure legal and regulatory obligations are met, support board members in understanding their responsibilities, and maintain accurate company records.
Key duties
- Support boards and committees in Australia by preparing meeting agendas, distributing committee packs, and drafting minutes.
- Communicate clearly and influence effectively with board and executive stakeholders, ensuring materials are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Help align governance and process practices across the wider organisation.
- Prepare board and shareholder resolutions.
- Maintain statutory registers and handle ASIC-related filings.
Experience and qualifications
The role calls for at least 4 years of experience in a corporate secretarial position. A relevant tertiary qualification is expected, such as law or business, or a professional company secretarial certification.
Candidates should bring strong relationship-building ability, particularly at executive level, and hands-on experience supporting board and committee meetings. A solid understanding of Australian corporate governance requirements and the Corporations Act is essential.
Successful applicants will also need excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to stay resilient under pressure, and the discipline to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-performance entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred experience
Background in financial services would be an advantage.
