About the role

Clé de Peau Beauté is bringing its luxury skincare and cosmetics to the UK for the first time, available exclusively at Harrods in Knightsbridge. Backed by Shiseido Group, the brand blends Japanese innovation with refined French style.

As Assistant Business Manager, you will partner with the Business Manager to guide a team of Personal Beauty Specialists, helping them deliver polished, high-end service and expert beauty advice to customers. The role sits within a flagship retail environment and offers the chance to help shape the brand’s growth in Western Europe.

This position is based in London and is scheduled for 37.5 hours across 5 days each week.

• Support day-to-day leadership of the team while helping drive business growth.
• Spot commercial opportunities and contribute ideas that strengthen performance.
• Encourage and engage the team so they stay motivated and aligned to brand standards.
• Help build a loyal customer base through consistent luxury service and strong brand representation.
• Work closely with the wider team to create an elevated customer experience.
• Use the tools, support, and training provided to help achieve business goals.
