About the Role
pladis Global is seeking an entrepreneurial professional to support business and category development in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out planograms, branded displays, and trade tools to help the field sales team execute effectively.
- Review sales information for key customers and channels to support category management initiatives across KSA.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of permanent and temporary display materials.
- Work with the sales team to design and implement distribution expansion programs.
- Monitor and follow through on sales incentive schemes.
- Make sure POS materials are delivered on time and implemented correctly in the market.
- Confirm that activity products are stocked and available in all activated areas.
- Conduct monthly market visits in selected cities.
Skills and Competencies
- Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with sales and market data.
- Good organization and data-handling capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills across different levels of the business.
- Ability to work in both English and Arabic.
