It offers a globally ambitious environment with room to learn, contribute, and make a meaningful impact.
Job Summary
The organization is seeking a proactive and well-organized S&OP Specialist to strengthen the delivery of its Sales & Operations Planning process. The role is central to keeping the monthly S&OP cycle running smoothly by aligning cross-functional inputs, maintaining clear process discipline, and tracking decisions and follow-up actions across all five stages of the cycle.
The right candidate will bring solid planning knowledge, strong coordination and communication abilities, and the capability to link operational detail with broader business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive the full monthly S&OP cycle, covering Data Gathering, Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-S&OP, and Executive S&OP.
- Maintain the S&OP timetable and ensure meetings and milestones are completed on schedule.
- Work with Demand, Supply, Commercial, and Finance teams to gather, organize, and prepare inputs for S&OP discussions.
- Bring together commercial, finance, and supply chain stakeholders to build agreement on demand outlooks, supply limitations, and business risks or opportunities.
- Make sure assumptions, decisions, and updates are carried consistently through each stage of the planning process.
- Contribute to scenario planning conversations and help align teams on actions needed to close gaps.
- Document important decisions, risks, and follow-ups from each S&OP stage and monitor action items through to completion.
- Hold owners accountable for assigned actions and escalate unresolved matters when necessary.
- Support the S&OP Manager with dashboards and reports covering forecast accuracy and bias, capacity versus demand, OTIF and inventory measures, and supply gaps with mitigation plans.
- Review trends, constraints, and changes in assumptions to generate useful insights across planning cycles.
- Organize pre-read materials and ensure that data and presentations are ready before each meeting.
- Track compliance with the S&OP governance framework and identify opportunities to improve process flow, tools, and stakeholder engagement.
