Role Overview

We are seeking an organised and commercially driven Assistant Brand Manager to contribute to the growth of our Skin and Sun product portfolio within pharmacy and grocery channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will help implement brand strategies through campaign management, new product launches, performance analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints including consumers, shoppers, retailers, and healthcare professionals.
• Manage coordination of campaign materials, schedules, and budgets with internal teams and external marketing agencies.
• Support product innovation and launches to guarantee effective market entry and ongoing performance assessment.
• Monitor brand metrics such as sales, market share, and campaign effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Category Management, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Medical departments to ensure aligned and compliant campaign delivery.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience in brand marketing, particularly within over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, or FMCG sectors. A background in managing multi-channel marketing efforts, digital campaign execution, and data-driven performance monitoring is essential. Success in this fast-moving environment requires excellent project management capabilities, commercial insight, attention to detail, and a cooperative, proactive attitude.
