Role Overview
The Assistant Boutique Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily management of the boutique operations, ensuring that every customer interaction upholds Buccellati's esteemed standards of excellence. This role emphasizes leadership through coaching and development to foster a motivated boutique team alongside spearheading a robust CRM and clienteling culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support surpassing monthly and annual sales goals by contributing to key performance indicators.
- Interpret sales data, CRM feedback, and client insights to spot new business growth opportunities.
- Exhibit a strong on-floor presence by exemplifying best practices in sales ceremonies, client engagement, and service standards.
- Provide daily coaching to team members to improve selling techniques, product knowledge, and storytelling skills.
- Conduct performance evaluations and collaborate with the Boutique Manager to implement employee development initiatives.
- Encourage a motivated team culture that aligns with Buccellati’s heritage and core values.
- Ensure compliance with Buccellati Sinfonia and facilitate regular online training sessions.
- Lead implementation of boutique CRM strategies, ensuring all client data and contacts are meticulously managed to build long-term relationships.
- Enhance client loyalty and acquisition through personalized, culturally aware service experiences.
- Boost growth of very valuable and important clients (VVICs) via customized outreach, appointment setting, gifting programs, and follow-up services.
- Contribute proactive ideas for events and communications to increase brand awareness and enhance local client engagement.
- Serve as the primary boutique contact in the absence of the Boutique Manager for any operational requests.
- Maintain strict compliance with Richemont and Buccellati’s commercial policies and regulations.
- Oversee boutique maintenance to ensure quality standards.
- Assist in preparing and timely distributing monthly staff schedules.
- Support administrative tasks and presentations as directed by the Boutique Manager.
