About the Role

Join our hospitality team as an Assistant Beach Club Manager where you will play an essential role in overseeing the daily functions of one of the hotel’s premier dining venues. This position offers the opportunity to enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence at the SushiSamba outlet within the Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations, supervising guest service quality, product standards, inventory management, cost control, profitability, marketing activities, budgeting, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to oversee service and product quality, proactively respond to guest feedback, resolve complaints, and support ongoing enhancements to the dining experience.
• Lead and mentor staff by supervising team members, providing coaching, assisting with performance assessments, and contributing to the team's professional growth under managerial guidance.
• Support initiatives to increase revenue by implementing marketing campaigns, encouraging upselling practices, and promoting food and beverage sales.
• Participate in the recruitment process including hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees to maintain high service and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to promote the well-being of guests and staff.
