Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Strategy, this role leads the conceptualization and implementation of fan experience, marketing, promotional initiatives, and revenue generation strategies. The position supports the mission, values, and brand loyalty of Dartmouth College Athletics and Recreation by creating innovative, engaging, and memorable experiences for student-athletes, fans, and potential recruits.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in athletics marketing, revenue generation, and fan engagement or comparable experience.
- Proven ability to meet and serve the diverse campus community.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience creating promotional materials and managing promotional activities.
- Proficiency with computer software such as Word and Excel, and graphic design tools including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong capabilities with social and emerging media platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree specifically in Marketing or Athletics Administration, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
- Experience with financial or accounting functions.
