Role Overview
This position focuses on acquiring and managing customers for the bank’s Savings Account and Current Account products. The role involves sourcing clients from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporates, while also supporting early relationship building after acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source customers for savings account products from a wide range of segments including individuals, businesses, trusts, societies, associations, and corporate entities.
- Drive revenue through customer acquisition, relationship growth, retention, and efficient adherence to product, process, and regulatory standards.
- Support newly acquired customers for the first three months to strengthen the relationship before handing them over to the branch banking team.
- Help maintain the average quarterly balance in customer accounts.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities and customer engagement events to build leads.
- Promote cross-sell opportunities across mutual funds, gold, insurance, and asset products.
Requirements
- Only candidates with banking industry exposure should apply, especially those familiar with Current Account and Savings Account sales.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in retail banking, particularly in CASA sales, is expected; liabilities sales experience of 1 year or more is preferred.
- Applicants must be graduates.
- Age should be 27 years or below.
- A strong sales drive, target focus, and hunter-style approach are important for success in this role.
- Candidates should be well groomed, professionally presentable, and capable of representing the bank effectively.
