Role Overview
The Assistant Account Executive will play a key role in supporting wholesale and off-price accounts by collaborating effectively across teams to manage orders, shipments, and account details. This position requires someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to develop expertise in wholesale sales and account management within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Account Executives in managing wholesale and off-price client accounts.
- Handle order entry duties, track purchase orders, and follow up on shipments.
- Update and maintain sales reporting, inventory status, and account summaries.
- Coordinate customer requests and monitor samples and product information.
- Support market appointment preparation, showroom arrangement, and product line reviews.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Production, Planning, and Operations to ensure smooth order execution.
- Address and resolve shipping, inventory, and operational challenges as they arise.
- Communicate account progress, deadlines, and follow-up tasks among internal teams.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience is also considered.
- 1 to 2 years of related experience such as internships, coordinator roles, or sales support preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Keen attention to detail combined with strong time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Interest in fashion, accessories, wholesale sales, or consumer products.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary bracket for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 per year, with actual pay determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
