Role Overview

We are seeking a distinguished sports scientist with expertise in assessment to lead our talent identification and fitness evaluation processes. This critical position carries significant scientific and technical responsibility, directly influencing every athlete and child we work with. The successful candidate will oversee the assessment team, ensure the accuracy and integrity of all tests, and serve as the key advisor in communicating results and guidance to families.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guarantee quality control of all assessments, from preparation to data analysis and client feedback.
• Conduct advanced assessments personally and supervise the Assessment Specialist through crucial testing stages.
• Interpret and communicate assessment results clearly to parents and athletes, advising on optimal development pathways.
• Manage, coach, and nurture the Assessment Specialist team.
• Continuously update and refine Sportify's testing procedures, standard operating protocols, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
• A minimum of five years' experience in sports assessment, talent identification, or athlete performance evaluation.
• Ability to effectively translate scientific data into understandable information for parents and athletes.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a sports science or assessment context.
• Familiarity with AI-driven or tech-assisted testing systems is highly advantageous.
