Role Overview
The Assembly Technician will be responsible for building electric scooters in line with production targets and quality expectations. This position includes installing mechanical and electrical parts, checking basic functionality, spotting assembly issues, and preparing each scooter for quality inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Build electric scooters according to approved assembly methods and work instructions.
- Fit and fasten mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic parts with accuracy.
- Meet the daily output targets set by the Assembly Supervisor.
- Use tools, torque settings, and assembly fixtures correctly.
- Carry out preliminary functional checks before passing the vehicle to the Quality Control team.
- Immediately inform the supervisor about damaged or faulty parts.
- Keep the work area neat and orderly by following 5S practices.
- Adhere to safety rules and use the required personal protective equipment during work.
- Maintain production logs and assembly records as needed.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements that can raise quality and productivity.
- Support stock reconciliation by reporting unused or defective materials.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Stores to address assembly-related concerns.
- Take part in training sessions and keep improving technical abilities.

No graduation is required for this role.
Additional Information
Salary for this position is INR 1,75,000 to 3,75,000 per year.
