Primary Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned contact lists.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Candidate Profile

• Completion of secondary education or some incomplete higher education.
• At least one year of experience working in customer service within a call center environment.
• Availability to work on a fully remote basis.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
