Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects independently under stringent deadlines.
- Communicate clear guidance to copywriters, direct reports, and junior team members.
- Leverage expert scientific knowledge for innovative application in creative work.
- Master the finer points of assignments and think quickly to develop diverse, strategic, and compelling concepts.
- Create content across various media platforms including print and digital, from initial idea to final product.
- Assess creative work objectively, prioritizing team success over personal style preferences.
- Ensure high-quality output suitable for client presentations by approving work deliverables.
- Offer informed feedback on project timelines and processes to optimize resource allocation and workload management.
Qualifications
- Over five years of experience in the industry or agency environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and progress both internally and to clients.
- Proven ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within teams.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude with flexibility and commitment to exceed role expectations for the benefit of the team, agency, and projects.
