This role calls for someone who is enthusiastic about social platforms, has strong writing and communication abilities, and understands current social media trends and effective channel practices.
The position centers on producing and curating high-quality content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar channels. You will partner closely with account service, strategy, and creative teams to build social campaigns, develop visual assets, write copy, and produce engaging multimedia content.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning, development, and execution of social media strategies and campaigns that support client marketing objectives.
- Produce social-first content, including graphics, photography, video, and written messaging.
- Craft persuasive copy tailored to different audiences and designed to increase engagement.
- Work with the creative team to design compelling visuals that capture attention and strengthen client messaging.
- Keep pace with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to client work.
- Handle day-to-day social activity for multiple clients across both B2B and B2C accounts, including scheduling and content monitoring.
- Act as a go-to resource for social content creation and community management.
- Partner with digital strategy and paid media teams to track performance indicators and refine content for better engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Work within assigned budgets and estimates.
Minimum qualifications
This role calls for 1 to 3 years of experience creating social content, along with fluency across a range of social channels. Strong writing skills are essential, including the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. The ideal candidate should also bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Creativity, a willingness to test new ideas and formats, and familiarity with graphic design and multimedia production tools are important. Candidates should also be proactive in managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders and have some knowledge of Google AdWords, display advertising, and mobile advertising. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is also expected.
Applicants must be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area so they can attend meetings and shoots as needed. They must also be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Preferred qualifications
- Background with major brands and/or agency experience.
- Demonstrated initiative in improving processes, workflows, and working methods.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners such as copywriters, art directors, social strategists, and account managers.
- Experience identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers for campaigns.
Interview process
Candidates should be prepared for video meetings with multiple team members to fit a hybrid working style. The process begins with an initial video interview with the hiring manager and may be followed by a second round with leaders from other teams before a final decision is made.
Work environment
This role is part of a hybrid setup. The ideal hire will be located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and should be able to regularly participate in both studio and on-location photography and video shoots for different assignments.
