- Make sure all imagery feels polished, consistent, and clearly aligned with a premium brand aesthetic.
- Manage retouching, color balancing, image choice, and final file delivery.
- Develop concepts and direct photo shoots for campaigns, eCommerce, lookbooks, and special projects.
- Guide casting, styling direction, set design, location choices, and overall production flow.
- Provide creative direction on set so every shoot stays on-brand and meets quality standards.
- Lead the Graphic Design team and oversee creative work across all brand touchpoints.
- Direct the creation of marketing, digital, social, email, packaging, retail, event, and other brand materials.
- Manage, coach, and support the in-house Photographer, Photo Editor, and Graphic Design team.
- Set clear creative guidelines and expectations, including shot lists and post-production standards.
- Use AI tools to help with concept ideation, mood boards, and early visual exploration.
- Look for ways to improve efficiency in post-production, image selection, and content revisions using AI-enabled workflows.
Qualifications

- A strong portfolio showing work in photoshoots, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Hands-on experience leading photographers, retouchers, and post-production teams, whether in-house or freelance.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools used in creative production workflows.
- Strong knowledge of fashion imagery, lighting, composition, and post-production processes.
- Demonstrated ability to take projects from idea stage through final delivery.
- A sharp eye for detail, color, and visual storytelling.
