Key Responsibilities

• Respond to crash, fire, rescue, and structural fire emergencies as part of a firefighting crew.
• Conduct hazardous materials responses and operational-level training exercises.
• Carry out Basic Life Support duties as a certified EMT-B.
• Maintain daily operational readiness of fire and medical equipment and the emergency response vehicle at the MNG AVN OSEG Site and Heliport in Riyadh.
• Manage prioritization of resources during simultaneous fire and medical emergencies.
• Participate regularly in fire department meetings and complete all required proficiency training.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members both orally and in writing.
• Undergo physical examinations to confirm ability to perform duties without impairments such as pyrophobia, acrophobia, or claustrophobia.
• Perform other duties assigned by fire department leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree mandatory; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certified by International Fire Service Accreditation Congress, DoD, and/or ProBoard.
• Certified Firefighter Level II and ARFF Firefighter credentials required.
• Hazardous Materials Operations certification required; ARFF Driver Operator credential preferred.
• Emergency Medical Technician-Basic certification required; state or National Registry certification preferred.
• Completion of Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's Qualification Verification Program is mandatory for Saudi employment.

Experience Requirements

• At least five years of firefighting experience within civilian or military aviation roles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Expertise in aircraft rescue and firefighting methods, equipment, and first aid including CPR.
• In-depth knowledge of military and civilian rotary wing aircraft design and safety procedures.
• Ability to respond quickly and lead effectively in hazardous, high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in operating advanced firefighting vehicles and apparatus, holding a valid Class B driver’s license.
• Physical capability to perform strenuous tasks under dangerous conditions.
