About the Role
Milestone Projects is seeking experienced professionals for the positions of Area Sales Manager (ASM) and Relationship Manager (RM) specializing in Home Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP). These roles are available in multiple cities across India including Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Lucknow, Agra, and Mathura.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the direct sales agent (DSA) and direct sales team (DST) channels effectively to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong local DSA networks to support sales growth.
- Provide necessary support and resources to DSAs to help them achieve their targets.
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently utilizing excellent communication skills.
- Keep up-to-date with home loan products, interest rates, and market trends to advise clients and team members.
Candidate Requirements
- For ASM: Minimum 4 years experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, Business Loan, or Personal Loan sales with at least 1-2 years of team management experience.
- For RM: Minimum 1-2 years experience specifically in Home Loans, LAP, or Mortgage Loans.
- Preferred prior employment with BFSI companies such as SBI, LIC Housing Finance, Bajaj Housing Finance, Aditya Birla Capital, Muthoot Homefin, HDFC or similar.
- Graduation in any discipline, MBA in Business, Finance or Marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial services sales and experience working with DSAs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary ranges from 9,00,000 per annum for ASM and 4,00,000 to 5,00,000 per annum for RM plus attractive monthly incentives.
