Role Overview
We are hiring an Area Sales Manager for the health insurance agency channel in Sagar, India. The role is focused on growing business through an agent network, building strong partner relationships, and delivering monthly sales outcomes.
Compensation
The annual package falls between INR 6,00,000 and INR 12,00,000, with a stated budget range of 7 LPA to 11 LPA. The expected hike is 15% to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Generate business through the agency distribution channel.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with agents to ensure consistent business flow.
- Meet monthly sales targets and broader business objectives.
- Run training and motivation sessions for advisors.
- Assist agents in finalising business and handling customer questions or concerns.
Compensation & Benefits
- Unlimited monthly incentives, with potential earnings of up to INR 1 lakh per month.
- Monthly travel allowance of INR 5,000.
