About the Role
Join a reputed banking institution as a CASA Sales Officer focused on promoting Current Account and Savings Account products within assigned locations. The position offers a structured career advancement plan and competitive incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for the bank's Current and Savings Account offerings.
- Execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities locally to drive lead generation.
- Conduct daily local travel to meet both prospective and existing clients.
- Foster and sustain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and deeper account engagement.
- Promote additional banking products like Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, and Credit Cards to current customers.
- Motivate clients to increase their account deposits consistently.
- Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and internal guidelines.
- Complete all mandatory bank-led training, certifications, and developmental programs.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for local traveling.
Compensation and Incentives
Fixed monthly CTC of ₹19,000 with additional performance-based incentives of up to ₹20,000 monthly.
Working Schedule and Holidays
Works on regular banking days, with holidays on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays each month.
Career Progression
Opportunity to advance from Sales Officer to Sales Officer I on a fast track basis, followed by promotions to Assistant Manager - Sales and then Sales Manager roles based on performance.
