Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a portfolio of established and developing veterinary clinics on the Gold Coast.
• Develop Practice Managers and Veterinary Directors through effective coaching and support.
• Collaborate with senior leaders dedicated to clinical excellence and workforce development.
• Influence and execute business strategies with close team engagement.
• Implement improvements benefiting animals, clients, and veterinary teams.
• Enhance commercial success while maintaining strong clinic cultures and patient care standards.
• Contribute to business planning and partnerships with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Recruitment.
