Job description
Role overview
This is a three-month contract for an organised, detail-focused and creatively minded person to join a small entertainment team in a central London office. The role is best suited to someone with strong Photoshop capability and a careful approach to working with archived artwork images.
The main focus of the position is checking archived artwork photographs and adjusting colours so they accurately reflect the original material. The post is entirely office-based, with no hybrid option, and requires attendance in the London office five days a week. An immediate start is needed.
Main duties
- Check archived artwork photographs and make accurate colour corrections.
- Make sure archive materials follow brand standards and quality guidelines.
- Use Adobe creative tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, to review and improve archived artwork.
- Maintain consistency with Pantone colour references.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks when required.
Skills and experience
Candidates should have prior exposure to archives, graphic design, editorial work, exhibitions or museums, ideally within media or a related environment. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is important, along with a solid understanding of Pantone colour systems. The role also calls for excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and the ability to identify visual inconsistencies quickly.
Working arrangement
This position is based full-time in central London and must be carried out onsite across five days each week. The contract runs for three months and there is no hybrid working option.
