Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate architect to join our team of six colleagues, collaborating on planning, development, and project coordination with shared responsibility for construction management.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute throughout all project phases, from initial requirements analysis through conceptual and approval planning to execution planning.
• Participate actively in the implementation of the designed buildings alongside team members.
• Enhance planning processes by maximizing resident benefits and cost-effectiveness.
• Work within a modern CAD environment using ArchiCAD by Graphisoft.
• Coordinate and collaborate with external specialists and authorities involved in the planning process.
• Opportunities for team leadership advancement are available for qualified and interested candidates.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in conceptual and execution planning primarily for multi-family residential buildings.
• Familiarity with planning and execution of industrial construction projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in residential construction.
• Proficiency in preparing building application documents and construction drawings.
• A structured work style with strong sense of responsibility.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to work.
• CAD skills, preferably with ArchiCAD.
