Position Overview

JU+ARCHITEKTEN, based in Mühldorf am Inn, is seeking a motivated Architect (m/f/d) to join their young team immediately. The role focuses on phases LPH 1-5, dealing with both design and execution planning. This position offers a chance to work independently on diverse and challenging projects, providing creative freedom and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing projects through performance phases LPH 1-5.
• Liaising effectively with clients and building owners.
• Communicating with permitting authorities to ensure smooth approvals.
• Coordinating, supervising, and integrating architects and technical specialists involved in projects.
• Developing cost and schedule estimates for projects.
• Holding overall project and budget responsibility throughout all performance phases.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in Architecture.
• Ability to work independently, with organized and goal-oriented approaches.
• Strong hands-on mentality and proactive work style.
• High standards in design and strong conceptual competence.
• Proficiency in CAD software, preferably Allplan.
• Experience with AVA software, ideally California.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Excellent team player with commitment and decisiveness.
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
• Responsible demeanor and confident interaction with clients and project stakeholders.
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
